Our multidisciplinary specialist team are on hand to provide exceptional care for emergency patients with all referrals being reviewed and accepted rapidly during opening hours (Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00).

During opening hours, for most cases, our dedicated client care team can arrange a rapid referral on receipt of your referral request.
Same day emergencies are accepted through our multidisciplinary specialist team who may request a brief discussion with you to ensure smooth transition and excellence in the care of your patient. Pre-referral stabilisation and treatment plans can also be discussed with a member of our team if required.
Following an urgent or emergency referral to LVS, we will carry out an initial consultation and develop a contextualised, bespoke care plan for the patient in collaboration with their owner.
If diagnostic tests, medical treatment, or emergency surgery is required, we will admit the patient to the appropriate ward in our state-of-the-art hospital and continue to liaise closely with the owner as the patient progresses with investigation and treatment. We will keep you, their primary care provider, updated throughout.
