We all worry about our pets when they are poorly, and it can be very worrying when we do not know what is wrong. Sometimes a second opinion or enhanced support is needed, and we are here for you and your vet.
Due to the codes governing our profession, we can only see patients that are referred to us by their primary care veterinarian. If your vet considers that your pet needs specialist help, they will contact us directly to make a referral after discussing this option with you.
With your consent, your vet will send us a copy of your pets medical file, including any test results or special reports that will help us best provide further treatment.
Once we have received this file, we will call you to discuss a suitable appointment date and answer any questions that you may have about what to expect when bringing your pet to our hospital.
We will send you a welcome pack ahead of your appointment containing further information including how to find us, how long we expect your appointment to take, whether your pet needs to be fasted before their appointment and information about our financial terms and conditions.
