Our state-of-the-art operating suite consists of three theatres which are all well equipped with the most up-to-date instrumentation, anaesthetic monitoring and surgical devices.
The theatre suite was designed with patient experience, safety and sterility in mind including:
- A 3-bay surgical induction and preparation room
- A one-way patient flow system
- Infrared double scrub sink and surgical gowning area
- Systems for maintaining sterility with HEPA filtration and air exchange systems
- In-built dedicated imaging screens in each theatre
- Top-of-the-range theatre lights with camera for surgical recording and training
- A dedicated recovery ward for patients recovering from procedures.
- Capability for intra-operative fluoroscopy & x-ray
