We want your visit with us to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. While your pet is in our care, you’re very welcome to make use of our client refreshment station in the waiting room, which includes:
- A coffee machine offering a range of luxury hot drinks
- A selection of teas
- Soft drinks for refreshment
For clients staying with us for short periods, we also have a quiet room available that can be used for working or taking private calls. Availability is limited, so please speak with a member of our team on arrival if you’d like to use this space.

Many of our patients will stay with us for the full day, and in most cases, we do not encourage clients to wait on site for extended periods. If you’re expecting a longer visit and would prefer to step out for some fresh air, food or a change of scenery, there are several excellent options close by:
