Owain graduated with a degree in Zoology in 2022, where he focused on animal behaviour and welfare management. During his studies, he volunteered in a hands-on role, caring for a range of animals including farm animals, small pets and exotics.

After graduating he worked as an Animal Care Assistant in a veterinary practice in Newcastle, before moving to London to begin his role at London Vet Specialists.

In his free time, Owain enjoys meeting up with friends, going for runs, and heading back up North whenever he can to visit his elderly mixed-breed dog, Bailey.
