Lead Learning & Development Registered Veterinary Nurse

Amy gained her Australian veterinary nursing qualification and moved to the UK in 2022. She has worked in some of the busiest veterinary hospitals in Hong Kong and London, starting her career as a multi-disciplinary veterinary nurse before progressing into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC). She later joined London Vet Specialists as an Internal Medicine-Focused Registered Veterinary Nurse.

In 2025, Amy took on the role of Lead of Learning & Development RVN at LVS, where she focuses on team training, mentorship and continuous improvement in clinical practice. With experience in internal medicine nursing and a strong interest in diagnostics and quality improvement, she aims to embed learning into everyday workflows, supporting both patient safety and professional development across the hospital.

Amy has completed a Nursing Certificate in Medical Nursing and the ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing, followed by a Nursing Certificate in Laboratory Techniques. She is currently pursuing Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) certification in Clinical Pathology.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys weightlifting, exploring London, seeking out the city’s best noodle and bubble tea spots, and napping with her black cat - Minxy.

She is also happy to assist clients and colleagues who speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
