Registered Veterinary Nurse (Internal Medicine Focus)

Amy gained her Australian veterinary nursing qualification and had been working as a veterinary nurse in Hong Kong since 2013. She worked at one of the busiest hospitals in Hong Kong, starting out as a multi-disciplinary veterinary nurse, then progressing to an overnight emergency & critical care (ECC) position.

She moved to the UK in 2022, passing her exams to join the UK Veterinary Nursing Register in April 2023 and has since worked at a 24-hour primary care veterinary surgery as Lead Medicine Nurse. Amy is passionate about internal medicine, ECC and feline nursing and is currently working towards a Nursing Certificate in Medical Nursing and ISFM Diploma in Feline Nursing. She is excited to expand her internal medicine knowledge, and gain new skills from working in a referral setting.

In her spare time, she loves weightlifting, photo editing, watching comedies and relaxing with her partner’s cat Minxy.
