Transport
We offer free, dedicated off‑street parking for all clients. Our hospital is also conveniently located just a short walk from major transport links at Hammersmith Station.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Our hospital is fully wheelchair accessible. These features include:
- An outdoor ramp
- A client lift serving all public floors
- Two wheelchair‑accessible bathrooms
We aim to ensure a safe, dignified and comfortable visit for all clients.
Quiet Facilities
To prioritise a calm experience for clients and their pets, our waiting areas are separated into dog‑specific and cat‑specific spaces. Our dog waiting area also includes two quiet pods, designed for client or pet who prefers a more private, low‑stimulus environment while waiting briefly before appointments.
We have sensory kits available for anyone who may experience sensory overload. These contain helpful tools and gadgets that reduce external stimuli and support grounding and focus.
If our waiting areas feel overwhelming at any point, our client care team can guide you to our dedicated quiet room.

We are proud to have a multilingual team who can support you during your visit, to ensure clear communication and the best possible care for your pet.
