Registered Veterinary Nurse (Multi-Disciplinary)

Jess was born and raised in Australia, beginning her career in veterinary nursing in 2008. She worked in a number of practices across Melbourne, ranging from first opinion to specialist centres, to a stint at Australia’s largest non profit veterinary hospital. Jess moved to the UK in 2017 and has spent her time here working in busy 24-hour hospitals and an exotics referral centre.

Jess holds an Advanced Diploma in Applied Animal Behaviour as well as a Certificate in Dog Behaviour and Training. She is passionate about applying her behaviour knowledge to the veterinary setting and making each patient’s experience with us as stress-free as possible. She is our dog Friendly Advocate for London vet Specialists and sits on the Linnaeus clinical board as the subject matter expert on behaviour. Jess co-ordinates our hospitals external CPD events and enjoys working closely with referring vets to ensure that we together, we can provide the best care for London’s pet population.

In her spare time, Jessica loves cooking and borrowing friends dogs for a run. She can be spotted along the Thames as she is a member of her local rowing club.
