Kaniz studied Animal Management and Welfare at Capel Manor College in 2021 and began working in first opinion practice in 2022. Since then, she has gained experience in both general practice and ECC hospital settings, where she developed a strong interest in inpatient care and supporting clinical teams in both surgical and medical environments.
She particularly enjoys building bonds with patients during their stay and takes pride in ensuring they feel calm, cared for, and comfortable.
Outside of work, Kaniz is a dedicated cat mum to seven cats and has a soft spot for rescues. She also enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring new places, and is always looking for ways to learn more about animal welfare around the world.
